Sales and Marketing Executive (Part Time & Full Time available)
- Aggressively bring in new sales and customers for the company.
- Ensure customers satisfaction by fulfilling promises made to customers - primarily by
ensuring that products are supplied within the agreeable time frame based on customers'
requirement and specification.

Ensure all other team members are practicing a customer-oriented attitude in everyday
works.
- Attend to all enquiries pertaining to pricing, shipment and marketing related issues.
- Responsible for all inter-department liaisons pertaining to customer's requirement.
- Responsible for servicing current customers as well as securing new customers. Services
in this context include both before and after sales services.
- Provide quotation whenever it is required by customers.
- Prepare in-house reports: (1) sales projection, (2) customers feedback, (3) and whatever
relevant and critical to the success of the organization, as when needed.
- Participate in international trades and exhibitions.
- Attend to all business enquiries from abroad and make sure that the enquiry goes through
the process accordingly and respond within the requested period of time.
- Ultimately, must be willing to perform whatever it takes to increase
the target revenue of the company as it is set by the management.
Qualification and Experience:
- Fresh graduate are welcome. Experienced sales and marketing personnel
are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum academic requirement: must possess at least a diploma degree.
(Candidates with a higher degree such as a Master Degree will be
assigned to involve in more challenging and sophisticated tasks.)
- Students from all types of course/ studies/ field can apply. What you
study or forced to study in university will not determine how far you
can go in real life.
- Candidates with First Class or Second Upper Degree will be highly
valued.
- Experienced sales and marketing personnel in the medical or
pharmaceutical industry are also welcome. You can choose to work on a
part time basis, and enjoy a highly attractive and lucrative commission
scheme, and stand a chance to build multiple pipelines of passive income
for yourself in a short period. (Warning: This is not another stingy
company who pay only 1% of commission to the sales person. A commission
of 15% and above is not something uncommon here.)

- Must be able to communicate well in all three languages: English
Language, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Someone who are highly self-motivated, committed and passion about life
and works.
- Someone who have excellent self-discipline and able to work
proactively and brilliantly with only minimal supervision.
- Someone that believe in 'Selling'. He must understand that the most
important and critical skills in any top performing organization is
'Selling', and able to exhibit Salesmanship daily, both at the
professional and personal level.
- Someone who embrace continuous and never ending improvement, who always
seek to expand his comfort zone, skill sets and experience.
- Someone who has great intrapersonal as well as interpersonal skills. He
must be able to work in a team as well as meeting customers to close any
deals.
- Candidates who take his own efforts to improve himself, by attending
seminars, reading self-help books or engaging actively in business-
related society is highly valued in our organization.

The position will be based in Selangor. However, sometimes, candidates may
be required to travel around Malaysia based on customers' request.

Interns/ Graduate Trainee (Multiple positions available)
- Various job scopes are available, ranging from operation, marketing,
human resource management and financial management.
- Job design will be tailored to the course undertaken by the particular
applicant. For example, an intern with Computer Science background will
be assigned to web-page design, e-commerce applications, programming and
etc for the usage of the company. In contrast, students from business
studies will be assigned to perform market research, handling daily
assignments of the company to learn the basic operational system of the
business, participate in negotiation with suppliers and customers, or
involve in supply chain improvement projects.
- Warning: Do not expect your internship training is a honey moon. In
Carnation, we will train you to become highly competitive in the real
business world. You shall gain much working experience, practical
entrepreneurship training and a certain degree of business management
skills. You might even discover your true talents here and stand a
chance to become a leader and champion in your chosen endeavor in later
days. However, like anything worth pursuing, hard work is definitely a
must.
