In Carnation, we take quality management very seriously, as quality if the core philosophy governing all our business practices and decisions in this company. Many improvements are being implemented within the company over the years, as to set up a best possible Quality Management System (QMS) in the company. That includes, but not limited to adopt, adhere and comply with the following quality management standards, such as: ISO 13485 and Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devises (GDPMD) standards. For that, we are in compliance with the latest Medical Device Regulation 2012 (specifically, Act 737 under the Medical Devise Act 2012) that are recently being approved by the Ministry of Health in 2012. Aside from that, the relevant medical related products marketed and offered by our company are also being registered with the Medical Devise Authority (MDA) - as to better safeguard and protect the interests of our clients and end users. In short, Carnation is a company that has been proactively seeking compliance with the latest and relevant rules and regulations in the medical industry; as to protect the interests of all stakeholders that are dealing with us.

Nonetheless, being in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations is not the only quality management effort implemented within the organization. From time to time, we do actively go for the extra miles so to truly ensure the adoption of world class quality management practices and philosophy in our company. That is also not to mention that we are moving forward to ensure that the business is being managed in an innovative, responsible and sustainable way, in order to minimize the carbon footprint caused by our business activities aside from to deliver greatest possible value to the society. Among some of the business practices that we had adopted for such purposes include: to continuously eliminate all unnecessary business wastages in order to become a lean organization; to source only from the suppliers that are having good business practices that create minimal harms to the natural environment; to adopt green business practices innovatively so to ensure supply chain efficiency and eco-friendly business practices; as well as to cooperate with business partners closely so to tailor all business processes to meet customers' needs and wants accurately.

Over the 30 years, our quality management efforts had indeed pay huge dividends to the growth of the company as well as to the customers. We are able to maintain our selling prices as low as possible, as costs savings derived from innovative and lean business practices can be consistently channeled to benefit the business partners and customers (by trying to maintain product prices as low as possible). That in turn ensures higher margins for our business partners, aside from enabling greater costs savings for our clients.
